Above the screen is a stylish oval speaker, through which everything is played as it also replaces the outer speaker, which has now gone. Also above it are 2 little rubber feet to protect it when closed. Below the screen is another shiny LG logo. The trim around the screen is a matt grey with chrome-effect touch up.
The lower part contains the buttons, handy for typing things. The plastic buttons are large, clear and easy to press with mainly blue illumination. The buttons themselves consist of 2 softkeys at the very top, an OK with four direction buttons in the top centre, Back and C either side with Call and End/Power below. The next row down has Video Call, Menu and Browser buttons. Below the keypad is U8150 printed and the microphone, with two tiny plastic lumps for the aforementioned rubber feet.
